How to convince my boyfriend to let me keep myspace?

ok actualy its not myspace. its STICKAM. its the same as myspace. except you use a webcam and chat with people.. ok here are the circumstances.. me and my boyfriend have been together for 2 years. and we have never broken up.. and we hardly fight.. we have 100% full trust for each other and we love each other with everything we have. he knows from the beginning that i dont like people telling me what to do.. as in.. he tried to make me delete my myspace and i said no.. and it was this huge fight and he got over it.. but now he wants me to delete my stickam account.. and im saying no.. and now hes refusing to be with me until i do. im 100% faithful.. ive never done anything that has hurt him and he knows that.. how can i convince him that me being on stickam is not doing anything wrong? im not married.. so why should i have to limit my freedoms and such a young age of 18..? someone help please.. there has to be some kind of agreement we can make...??

sure you can reach an agreement. You just have to ask him does he trust you. If he does than ask him why he so scared about your stickam. He might actually be a little jealous of you. If you talk to guys on this stickam than he has some right to tell you to stop using it. He loves you and wants to protect you thats it. Tell him you love him for being so caring and that you love him for looking out for you.

well, it's your call however I can see your bf's point...when ppl go on these types of websites anything can happen. Ppl flirt with each other whether they are in a relationship or not, start online 'affairs', etc.

if you trust each other 100% though I don't see why he wants you to delete it. does he go on any of these sites? if so, maybe he's doing some flirting of his own and think you are doing the same.

however you have to decide - is your relationship more important than the websites? you shouldn't necessarily give in to him however we all have to make compromises in relationships...its give and take

In a 'young' relationship such as yours it sounds like you both are very mature. The main ingredient missing in this situation is respect. With all you've accomplished to make your relationship what it has come to be, you should be able to open up to him and explain exactly how you feel. I believe he deserves to hear this from you.

If he can't give you the respect in return and you know you've given him your fullest, then I suggest, because you are still young, that you move on and part as friends.

Why ruin something that can be a friendship when you know a relationship won't work out. Good luck to you both!!!
