If he can't prioritize, then you shouldn't have to wait around for him. But, if he's able to do all that and still go out with you often (once a week, once every 2 weeks...at all), then tell him that you feel like he's too wrapped up in his own world. Tell him that you want to see him more often, that you want to be reassured of your relationship. If he wants to spend his entire life in front of the computer screen, thats fine.
